There are two kinds of installation methods: open installation and dark installation.The size of venetian blinds should be measured according to different assembly methods。

A blind in the lattice of a window should be the same length as the height of the window, but the width should be 1 to 2 centimeters smaller than the each sides of the window.If the venetian blinds are hanging outside the window, it should be about 10cm longer than the height of the window and about 5cm wider than either side of the window to ensure a good shading effect.

Generally speaking, dark blinds are suitable for small rooms such as kitchens and toilets, while open blinds are suitable for large rooms such as living rooms, bedrooms and study rooms.
